The combined company is one of the world's largest suppliers of braking systems, suspension and steering components, powertrain parts, and engine-management electronics — supplying OEM parts to Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and global carmakers. Its portfolio covers brake calipers and ABS modules, shock absorbers, fuel injection and throttle systems, sensors, and electric powertrain components.
