Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across all major cities in Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, and Gujranwala. Pay only when your auto parts arrive safely at your doorstep.

How do I know if a part will fit my vehicle?

Every product listing includes compatibility information. You can also contact our parts experts on WhatsApp at 0333-2594493 with your vehicle make, model, year, and engine size — we will confirm compatibility before you order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0333-2594493 if you need to make changes.

Delivery & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days depending on your location and the seller. Orders to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. Remote areas may take 4-7 working days.

Do you deliver to all cities in Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver nationwide through our trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards, and Pakistan Post. We cover all provincial capitals and most district headquarters across Pakistan.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. Visit our order tracking page or contact your courier directly with the tracking number.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary by seller, product weight, and delivery location. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Many sellers offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

What if I receive a wrong or damaged part?

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective part, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp at 0333-2594493 or email info@pakautomart.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds for online payments are processed within 5-7 working days. Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned item.

How do I become a seller on PakAutoMart?

Click on "Sell on PakAutoMart" and complete the seller registration form. You will need to provide your business name, CNIC or NTN, bank account details, and product inventory information. Our team reviews applications within 2-3 working days.
