Welcome to PakAutoMart — Pakistan's hybrid B2B/B2C/C2C multivendor marketplace for automotive parts, accessories, and vehicle components. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the platform accessible at pakautomart.com, operated by PakAutoMart ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the platform in any capacity — as a buyer, seller, guest, or business — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including but not limited to the Contract Act 1872, the Sale of Goods Act 1930, the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016, and the Companies Act 2017.
You must be at least 18 years of age or have attained the age of majority under Pakistani law to use this platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Contract Act 1872. Businesses registering as sellers must be properly incorporated, registered, or licensed under applicable Pakistani laws including the Companies Act 2017 or the Partnership Act 1932. PakAutoMart reserves the right to verify identity documents, business registrations, and tax credentials at any time.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your legal responsibility. PakAutoMart is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@pakautomart.com upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms without notice or liability.
PakAutoMart grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Sellers are entirely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their product listings. All parts must be accurately described including compatibility, condition (new, used, refurbished), origin, and applicable warranty. Misrepresentation of products constitutes fraud under the Pakistan Penal Code 1860 (Section 420). PakAutoMart acts solely as a marketplace facilitator and does not manufacture or stock any products. We are not liable for inaccuracies in seller listings, though we reserve the right to remove non-compliant listings without notice.
All transactions on PakAutoMart are subject to applicable commission fees disclosed in the Seller Policy. Prices displayed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PakAutoMart uses authorized payment gateways compliant with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations. All financial transactions are subject to applicable taxes under the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Sellers are responsible for collecting and remitting Sales Tax as required under the Sales Tax Act 1990. PakAutoMart may issue a Tax Invoice (as per FBR requirements) for platform fees charged to sellers.
All content on PakAutoMart including logos, trademarks, interface design, software, and databases are the exclusive property of PakAutoMart or its licensors and are protected under the Trade Marks Ordinance 2001, Copyright Ordinance 1962, and applicable international IP conventions to which Pakistan is a signatory. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without prior written consent. Brands and manufacturers listing their products on PakAutoMart retain ownership of their trademarks and product images.
In the event of a dispute between buyers and sellers, PakAutoMart provides an internal mediation process. Users agree to first attempt resolution through our dispute management system. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. For international transactions, arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1940 of Pakistan. We encourage amicable resolution in the spirit of Islamic commercial ethics and fair dealing.
To the maximum extent permitted under Pakistani law, PakAutoMart shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of vehicle fitness arising from incorrect parts; damages from third-party seller misconduct; or service interruptions. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid to PakAutoMart in the immediately preceding three (3) months. This limitation does not apply to personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud, which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be instituted before the competent courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to conflict with Islamic principles of commercial law (Fiqh al-Muamalat) where applicable.
PakAutoMart reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform with an updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. For material changes affecting your rights, we will notify registered users via email to the address on record.
