Acceptance and Scope

By accessing PakAutoMart, creating an account, browsing products, placing an order, registering as a seller, uploading listings, contacting another user, or using any marketplace feature, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. PakAutoMart connects buyers and independent sellers for automotive, motorcycle, commercial vehicle, railway, elevator, rigging, mining, workshop and industrial products. These Terms apply to all users unless a separate written agreement signed by PakAutoMart applies.

PakAutoMart may provide search filters, category browsing, brand pages, product recommendations, vehicle or machine fitment tools, seller profiles, messaging, checkout, order tracking and support features. These tools assist decision-making but do not replace the buyer responsibility to confirm technical suitability.

Marketplace Role

PakAutoMart is primarily a marketplace platform. Unless a listing clearly states that PakAutoMart is the seller, the product is sold by the independent seller named on the listing or store page. PakAutoMart may facilitate payment, communication, visibility, order records and support review, but the seller remains responsible for product accuracy, lawful supply, stock availability, packaging, declared condition, warranty representation and compliance.

We may remove listings, suspend users, limit accounts, hold orders, request documentation or cancel activity that appears unsafe, misleading, unlawful, abusive, counterfeit, infringing, technically dangerous, outside platform rules or harmful to marketplace trust.

Accounts and Security

Users must provide accurate account information and keep passwords, email access and devices secure. You are responsible for activity from your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use and cooperate with verification. Sellers must keep business information, pickup address, contact details, return address, bank details and store policies current.

Do not use PakAutoMart to impersonate another person, scrape data, upload malware, interfere with service operation, bypass security, manipulate reviews, create fake orders, misuse coupons, abuse returns, sell prohibited goods, publish private information, or communicate threats or harassment.

Orders, Prices and Payment

Product prices, stock, delivery estimates and promotions are shown as provided by sellers or marketplace settings. Prices may change before an order is placed. Once an order is placed, the applicable price is the price shown at checkout unless there is an obvious technical or typographical error.

PakAutoMart may support online payment, wallet, cash on delivery or other payment methods depending on configuration and region. Payment verification, fraud review, failed payment, chargeback, refund or settlement timing may affect order processing.

Fitment and Technical Use

For safety-critical products such as brakes, clutch systems, steering, suspension, tyres, batteries, oils, lifting equipment, elevator brake components, mining machinery friction plates and railway brake blocks, buyers must confirm suitability before use.

• Do not install a part merely because the image looks similar.

Content, Liability and Availability

You must have rights to upload that content and must not infringe trademarks, copyrights or privacy rights. Brand names and OEM references may be used to identify compatibility but do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

PakAutoMart aims to keep the marketplace available, secure and useful, but service may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, payment gateway downtime, internet problems, cyber incidents, software bugs or force majeure events. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PakAutoMart is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from marketplace use, installation decisions, lost profits, downtime, vehicle damage, machine stoppage or third-party seller conduct.
