4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and other options as available.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipping confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation is subject to our return policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PakAutoMart, including logos, text, and images, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

PakAutoMart is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not liable for the quality or fitment of individual products. However, we actively work to resolve disputes and maintain seller quality standards.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.
