- 195 — Tyre width in millimetres (section width)
- 65 — Aspect ratio: sidewall height is 65% of 195mm = 127mm
- R — Radial construction (all modern Pakistan car tyres)
- 15 — Rim diameter in inches
- 86 — Load index (86 = 530kg per tyre)
- H — Speed rating (H = 210 km/h maximum)
