Welcome to PakAutoMart.com! This Seller Policy outlines the terms and conditions for businesses and individuals selling automotive parts, accessories, or related products on our platform. By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Seller Eligibility
Sellers must provide accurate business information (name, contact details, tax registration if applicable).
Only genuine automotive products (new, used, or refurbished) are allowed.
Sellers must comply with all applicable laws in Pakistan.
2. Product Listings
Accurate Descriptions: Listings must include clear titles, descriptions, images, and correct pricing.
Prohibited Items: Counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe products are strictly banned.
Pricing & Stock: Sellers must maintain updated inventory and fair pricing.
3. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Sellers must process orders promptly (within 2-3 business days).
Provide valid tracking details for shipped orders.
Sellers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
4. Returns & Refunds
Buyers may return defective or misrepresented items within 7 days.
Sellers must issue refunds/replacements as per PakAutoMart’s Return Policy.
Non-compliance may result in account suspension.
5. Payments & Fees
PakAutoMart may charge a commission fee per sale (details in Seller Dashboard).
Payouts are processed within 7-14 days after order completion.
Sellers must provide correct bank details for payments.
6. Seller Conduct & Prohibited Actions
Do Not:
Engage in fraudulent activities or fake reviews.
Share buyer/seller contact details outside PakAutoMart.
List duplicate or misleading products.
Violations may lead to account suspension or legal action.
7. Dispute Resolution
PakAutoMart may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.
Sellers must respond to complaints within 48 hours.
8. Policy Updates
PakAutoMart reserves the right to modify this policy. Sellers will be notified of changes.
