Who Can Sell on PakAutoMart?

Seller Requirements

• Valid CNIC and business documentation
• Genuine products only — counterfeit parts are strictly prohibited
• Accurate product descriptions and images
• Timely order processing and shipping
• Professional customer communication

Commission Structure

PakAutoMart charges a competitive commission on each sale. Commission rates vary by category and are clearly displayed in your seller dashboard.

Product Listing Guidelines

• Use clear, high-quality product images
• Include accurate part numbers and specifications
• Specify vehicle compatibility
• Set competitive, fair pricing
• Maintain adequate stock levels

Order Fulfillment

Sellers must ship orders within 48 hours of confirmation. Track shipments and update order status promptly. Late shipments may result in penalties.

Returns and Disputes

Sellers must honor the platform return policy. Defective or incorrect parts must be replaced or refunded within 7 days of customer complaint.
